Who is responsible
Throttle up Sim ("FlyGaze") is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: throttleupsim.collab@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose one, your main flight simulator. We use them only to send you news about FlyGaze's development, sneak peeks, and the launch email with your waitlist price. We email occasionally, never daily. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Who processes it
Waitlist sign-ups are stored by Cloudflare, Inc. (our web host, USA), together with the date, the country your connection comes from and the page that referred you, so we can count sign-ups and stop abuse. Our mailing list is sent through MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania, EU). Both process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements; transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the contact address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, www.aepd.es).
The FlyGaze app
The FlyGaze software processes your webcam image locally on your PC. No video or tracking data is uploaded or stored by us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The FlyGaze film plays from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and only loads when you press play; from then on, Google's privacy policy applies to that video.
